DESCRIPTION

The Exedy Heavy Duty clutch kit comprises a heavy-duty cover assembly, a premium quality bearing and an organic clutch disc. Perfectly suited for use in lightly tuned vehicles, the cover assemblies are tailored to improve clamp load, which allows the transmission of increased engine torque to the drivetrain creating a performance clutch kit with smooth take off drivability.

Notes Regarding Heavy Duty Clutches

By fitting a heavy duty component, you are deviating away from the manufacturer's specifications. Some side effects could be:

  1. Different pedal feel.
  2. Different release point.
  3. Different take-up point.
  4. Shudder or harsh engagement.
  5. Harmonic noises.
  6. Slipping due to inappropriate clutch purchased for the specific vehicle or application.
