Raceworks 240 Series Black Nylon Braided PTFE Hose delivers premium performance for demanding fuel, oil, and fluid applications. Built with a PTFE inner tube compatible with all fuels, oils, nitrous, brake and clutch fluids, this hose features a durable nylon braid outer layer that resists abrasion and expansion. Engineered to prevent fuel permeation and odour escape, it offers the highest pressure and temperature ratings in the Raceworks lineup. Temperature range -40°C to 150°C, operating pressure 1200–3000psi depending on size, and burst pressure 4500–10000psi. Tight 24mm bend radius for flexible routing. Backed by a 2-year warranty.
